Strategic Operations Consulting’s (SOC) mission is to ensure leaders and organizations improve their overall effectiveness and performance to make stronger, healthier, and more sustainable communities. We will guide and support your team from the beginning stages of developing your concepts to ensuring their sustainability over time in order to avoid barriers that get in the way of organizational success. This includes assistance in creating your problem statement, performing data collection, segmenting your audience, identifying theories of change and best practice models, building capacity, performing a SWOT analysis, developing goals and objectives, developing program plans, selecting and piloting interventions based on available data and stakeholder input, evaluating the effectiveness of pilot or current programs, ensuring fidelity to the processes and plans developed throughout the process, among other things.
