Depending on the needs of your organization, we focus our efforts specifically on Programmatic Strategy to ensure you meet your program and/or grant deliverables in a timely manner. With over 20 years of experience, we’ve developed successful local, county, state, and nationally recognized programs using scientific-based models to promote an effective process that moves from assessment to program planning, implementation, and evaluation. We can work with your staff to develop strategic plans, action plans, logic models, program plans, and sustainability plans.

Leadership Development

We like to put a spotlight on the importance of quality Leadership Development to promote long-term organizational success. We’d never want to turn work away but we are aware of the fact that our services won’t be effective without the participation of organizational leaders. We work directly with organizational leadership to ensure they do not get in the way of their own success. Our services include performing assessments on the organizational culture, the organizational structure, and leadership styles used throughout the organization. We can offer programming on interpersonal skills building, diversity and inclusion, strengths-based leadership, among others.

We offer tools and resources to assist with the development and management of your volunteers and partners. This includes performing a system analysis to understand the complex systems that can hinder or promote your success.       

Funding Management

Finally, we know that no organization will have long-term success without effective Funding Management. Our team has over a decade of experience in writing successful grant proposals for government and private funding, from federal departments to local foundations. We’ve spent countless hours researching funding opportunities and developing plans to write successful proposals that provide a winning strategy while ensuring the voice of your organization is clearly expressed to potential funders. We will assist your team in preparing and writing responses for all sorts of proposal solicitations from Request for Proposal (RFP) to Letter of Interest (LOI) to Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOA) and anything in between. This includes working with your finance department to develop the budget necessary for a successful program and developing a management plan for your team to use once the funding is received.
